CANCELLATION POLICY

Notice of Cancellation:

Notice of Cancellation must be given to Tzennet only in Writing in order to be in effect

Cancellation Fee: 

• Before 10/1/26: 30% cancellation fee is due
• Between 10/1/26 – 35 days prior to charter date: 50% cancellation fee is due
• Less than 35 days prior to charter date: 100% cancellation fee is due
  
  Cancellation of Crew arrangements (Skipper/Hostess):
  If notice of cancellation is given 1 to 35 days prior to departure 25% of agreed services price is due.
  
  Non-Show Cancellation:
  100% of all amounts including charter price, mandatory/optional extras and any crew fee is due.
  
  Credit of Cancellation Fee
  In any event of cancellation, Tzennet guarantees that in case the yacht is re-let under same conditions (i.e. charter period, price etc.), any payments received will be credited for use on future charter booking by the client. Credit can be used only for future charters embarking no later than October 30th of the following year.
